Case Study - Global Certification Initiative

Our client needed training designed to support a strategic certification and global organizational change initative.  Current training was done by SMEs via webinars that were difficult to update and delivered to specific teams.  

The client requested we create a new suite of customized training templates and materials that could be imported into their LMS, were engaging, applied current best practices for adult learning and easily maintained to allow updates as needed.

Using recorded webinars and SME interviews, we designed and developed three training programs targeting different work groups and geographic regions.  These materials included new templates, animations and interactions designed to better inform and engage learners taking the courses online.

These new courses were graphically interesting, with simplified flow charts and more background on specific certification requirements.  Full scripts with cues for animations and advancing slides were created to facilitate voice over narrations by client SMEs.
